Vision
Solo and small firms deserve a back office that actually works
Most small firms run lean by design, but lean becomes a liability when admin starts competing with billable work. Invoices go out late. Files get disorganized. Client emails wait. Deadlines get tracked in somebody's head.
The problem is never the law. It's the operating layer underneath it. Years inside law firms and consulting firms taught me exactly where that layer breaks down and how to fix it before it costs you clients or time.
I work with solo attorneys and small firms who want the back office handled properly, by someone with the legal training to understand what's at stake. Not a general VA. A paralegal who knows what your docket means and why your AR aging matters.

Why Firms Lose Billable Hours to Admin
The gap between hours worked and hours billed isn't a billing problem. It's a systems problem. Here's what's actually happening.

Invoice Timing Is a Client Relationship Issue
Late invoices train clients to deprioritize payment. A consistent billing cadence changes the dynamic before it becomes a problem.
